WEIGHTLESS RELAXATION. FLOAT YOUR STRESS AWAY.

FLOAT THERAPY FAQ'S
Float therapy, also known as a magnesium float bath, is a wellness practice where you float effortlessly in a sensory deprivation tank filled with warm water and a high concentration of Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate).
This creates a weightless sensation, helping to calm the mind, relieve stress, and promote overall well-being. The environment is free from external stimuli, allowing for deep relaxation, stress relief, and muscle recovery.
Float therapy offers numerous benefits for both the body and mind, including:
- Stress relief & mental clarity – Reduces anxiety, promotes relaxation, and improves focus
- Pain relief – Helps with chronic pain conditions such as arthritis, migraines, and muscle tension
- Muscle recovery – Eases muscle soreness and supports faster recovery after physical activity
- Better sleep – Encourages deeper, more restorative sleep
- Posture improvement – Naturally stretches and decompresses the spine
- Immune system boost – Helps detoxify the body and remove free radicals
- Emotional well-being – Enhances mood, combats burnout, and fosters a sense of well-being
Floating in a magnesium-rich bath feels like experiencing zero gravity. The buoyancy created by the Epsom salt water solution allows you to fully relax, relieving all pressure from your body and giving you a sensation of lightness.
Research suggests that float therapy is highly effective in reducing stress and symptoms of anxiety and depression. The calming effect of the weightless environment, combined with the benefits of magnesium absorption, helps regulate mood and lower cortisol levels (the stress hormone).
Yes! Many people find relief from migraines after float sessions. The relaxation effect, combined with the muscle tension relief from magnesium absorption, helps reduce headache frequency and intensity.
Yes! Magnesium plays a key role in flushing out toxins, neutralising free radicals, and supporting overall health. Floating can also improve circulation, boost the immune system, and promote natural detoxification.

Yes! Float therapy can help reduce pregnancy-related discomforts such as back pain, swelling, and stress. Some studies also suggest that floating may lower the risk of premature birth. However, pregnant women should consult their healthcare provider before floating.
A typical session lasts 45–90 minutes. You will enter a private float tank filled with warm, magnesium-rich water. The environment is designed to block out noise and light, creating a deeply relaxing experience that allows your body and mind to reset.
The ideal frequency depends on individual needs. Some people float weekly to manage stress and pain, while others do it once or twice a month for general wellness. Regular floating can lead to long-term benefits for both physical and mental health.
The main advantage of our magnesium float tank therapy is that it calms your nerves, reduces muscle tension, and promotes complete relaxation. Floating not only provides stress relief and pain reduction but also helps detoxify the body, boost the immune system, and leave you feeling revitalised. Book a session and FEEL GOOD NOW.
