1. Membership & Cancellation Policy
- Membership Cancellation: For memberships, we require a minimum of 30 days’ notice for cancellation. You may cancel your membership by notifying us in writing (via email or in person) at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership within the cancellation period.
2. Booking & Arrival Policy
- Advance Booking: All sessions (float therapy, sauna, ice baths) must be booked in advance through our website or booking platform. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
- Punctuality: We ask that you please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled based on availability, and no refunds will be issued for missed time.
- Session Allocation: Memberships are designed to provide a set number of sessions per month, based on the membership level you have purchased.
3. Hygiene & Facility Use
- Showering Requirement: All guests must shower before using the float tanks, sauna, or ice bath facilities. This ensures cleanliness and maintains the hygiene standards of our equipment.
- Footwear: Please bring your own footwear (flip-flops, sandals, or shower shoes) for hygiene and safety purposes while moving between facilities.
- Towels: We require you to bring your own towel for personal use. Towels are also available for purchase at the front desk if you do not have one with you.
4. Health & Safety
- Health Conditions: If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before using our facilities. It is your responsibility to ensure that our services are suitable for your individual health and fitness needs.
- Age Limitations: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may only use our services at the discretion of management.
5. Facility Rules
- Behavioural Expectations: All guests are expected to treat staff and other guests with respect and courtesy. Any disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
6. Liability & Waiver
- Waiver of Liability: By booking and using our services, you acknowledge and accept that you are using the facilities at your own risk. Stay Elite is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur while using our services. A waiver of liability will be required to be signed prior to using the facilities.
7. Payments & Fees
- Payment: All sessions must be paid for at the time of booking or prior too.
8. Modifications to Terms
Stay Elite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
